SAFETY CONDITIONS

The customer is required to present, on the site of the intervention and before the beginning of the work, the accesses, the risks and the associated prevention measures, the emergency exits.

The client, as operator, will make available to Luxcontrol, as auditor:

• the accompanying personnel, in particular for the operation of the equipment or machines to be checked, the direction of the maneuvers and any adjustments required for the check
• secure means of access to the object/facility to be checked
• the guarantee that the condition of the object/installation to be checked and the means necessary for its handling allow the mission to be carried out in complete safety.

If, upon arrival on site, our staff members find that the conditions defined at the time of the signature of the offer are not assured to allow them to perform their services safely, the service will be postponed, according to our best availability, from the time of the implementation of the adequate measures. In such a case, Luxcontrol will not be held responsible for any delay in the performance of its services.
