According to the law of May 16, 2023, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches or omissions of Union law, Luxcontrol has established a reporting procedure dedicated to whistleblowers.
For this purpose, Luxcontrol, in collaboration with the company SEEZAM, has set up a reporting channel to ensure compliance with the aforementioned legislation and complete confidentiality.
Whistleblowers may anonymously report any infringement (whistleblowing) contrary to the object or purpose of national or European law within the scope of Luxcontrol's professional activities by clicking on the "Create an alert" button below.
Through this reporting channel, Luxcontrol undertakes to protect whistleblowers and to process reports in accordance with legal provisions and deadlines.
